Budget Boosters is a fractional CMO (fCMO) and marketing leadership practice built for business owners and CEOs who need clarity, structure, and predictable growth — without the cost, risk, or inertia of hiring a full-time CMO.

Budget Boosters is part of Magistrai, a premium translation and interpreting brand established in Lithuania in 1997. For almost three decades, Magistrai has operated in a high-expectation market serving legal, financial, institutional, and corporate clients. Competing at this level has required disciplined positioning, consistent quality, strong talent management, and a clear link between service delivery and client outcomes.

This environment shaped how we approach marketing leadership: not as a set of tactics, but as a business system that must justify investment and deliver results.

Built by a long-term marketing leader

Budget Boosters was founded by Aurimas Guoga, who has served as Marketing Director at Magistrai since 2012. He was responsible for building and strengthening Magistrai’s brand in a competitive, reputation-driven sector where marketing success is measured by trust, retention, and long-term value — not short-term noise.

Aurimas works at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadership. He has seen firsthand what happens when companies grow without senior marketing guidance: fragmented activity, wasted budgets, exhausted teams, and unclear ROI. Budget Boosters exists to bring experienced marketing leadership into companies before those problems become structural.

Contemporary marketing, grounded in reality

Aurimas is a certified marketer and in 2025 graduated from the Digital Marketing programme at Turing College, ensuring up-to-date expertise in modern marketing systems, analytics, and digital execution. Budget Boosters is developed together with senior practitioners involved in this programme, combining current best practice with real-world leadership experience.

The result is fCMO work that is practical, data-aware, and commercially grounded — designed to support CEO-level decision-making.
